Privacy policy
This page explains what personal data we process when you write to us through the contact form, why we process it and what rights you have.
Who processes your data
The controller is MOLLNY-tech s. r. o., Berlínska 2468/23, 040 13 Košice, Slovakia, company ID 55951694, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Košice, section Sro, insert no. 58484/V.
For any matter concerning personal data, contact us through the form on this site or at info@mollny.sk.
What we process and why
When you fill in the contact form on our website, we process your personal data — above all your name and e-mail address, which we use solely to reply to your enquiry.
Besides the name and e-mail, the form has optional company and phone fields and a field for your message. You fill these in voluntarily and we process them for the same purpose: to be able to reply to you.
On what legal basis
We process the data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
How long we keep it
We keep data from the form for one year from our last contact with you and then delete it. If our exchange leads to a contract, separate statutory retention periods apply.
Who else sees the data
The form is processed by our own website and the message is sent to our e-mail address. Web hosting and e-mail services are provided by Websupport, s.r.o., acting as a processor to that extent.
The form is protected against bots by Cloudflare Turnstile. When you open the form, a script is loaded from Cloudflare which processes technical data about your device and connection in order to verify that you are not a robot. Turnstile does not use tracking cookies for this.
We do not sell your data and do not pass it on to anyone else.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses no tracking cookies and no analytics tools.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object to processing and to withdraw your consent at any time.
If you believe we handle your data improperly, you may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.
